Hatching chicks

My eggs started hatching this afternoon in the incubator. I have one out of it's egg. Do I just leave the chick in the incubator until more hatch?

yeah, especially if you see pips on the others. You do not want to risk shrink wrapping the others just to pull the one. Chicks can go 2 days on the yolk they absorb.
Unless it is an emergency just sit back and relax.

We did pretty well for the first time. We set 24 eggs and hatched 20, very pleased!!
