I have 4 chicks that hatched 4 days ago, 6 guinea eggs in the incubator due to hatch in 4 days and 24 more eggs I just put in the incubator with the self turner. I planned to take the turner out and turn by hand until the guineas hatched and can be moved. I now have to go out of town for 4 days so won't be here to oversee. Should I 1) leave all the eggs in the incubator and hope I get back before the guineas hatch (will it hurt them to hatch in the turner?) 2) take the turner out and let the 24 eggs go 4 days without being turned? or 3) open for suggestions. Thank you.
