Is it okay to keep smaller pullet eggs for hatching? Will the chick survive out of the small pullet egg?
Also i found some small white dots all over the eggs while candling.what does that indicate?

Best not to hatch pullets eggs....tho it can be done, chicks will be tiny but can catch up later.
White dots on outside of eggs....pics?
If on inside of egg, break open egg and see what you can see...then take a pic.

There are white dots visible on the inside while candling the egg with a torch. Actually i want to use those eggs for hatching so has to keep it intact. Are these signs of a fertile egg? It's around 3-4 days old.

No, not to my knowledge.

You can't tell an egg is fertile by candling it.
Unless you are already incubating them....are you?
Opening one egg to see what those dots are would be worth avoiding a hatching problem, don't you think?
