hatching duck eggs

how do i hatch duck eggs? do i have to mist them and let them cool each day? my two ducks are male: blue swedish and female: indian runner and i would love to see there ducklings

I only hatched duck eggs once. I added them in with chickn and guinea eggs in the sportsman bator and let them go.. they hatched .. no misting or special treatment..
 
No, you donb't have to mist them. They should have a bit higher humidity than chicken eggs. 65% is recommended. But like the previous poster said, many people have hatched them right along with chicken eggs, with no special treatment. And no, you don't have to cool them, but it won't hurt them if you do.
 
oh and you know i have'nt been able to get my humidity up over 35% and all my eggs are doing really good and due to hatch in 10days. will see what happens
