That does possibly look like an internal pip. But if it’s not moving that’s not good. You could make a tiny safety hole in the shell into the aircell. Just pinhole sized, use a screw or drill bit. If the duckling is alive that will allow it to breathe. You can also do this for any of your other eggs that have internal pips (bill inside aircell
