Hatching ducklings

Its my first time hatching duck eggs. One had pipped and a largeish hole has been opened, not like a usual pip. Will this dry the membrane out to much and kil, the duckiling. Should i hatch him out? I really dont want to lose him. Only 2 of the 5 eggs have pipped so im trying super hard to get these little guys out safely.

I hatched out my first duckling last week and i would think it wouldn't be too much of a concern at this point ... just keep an eye on the egg and maybe spray with water if it gets too dry
