Hatching ducks, got a quick question.

So I pipped around 5:00 PM today, and my mother is really worried, because the last one died. So, how long does it take for then to fully hatch? When do I know/should intervene?

It can take 2 - 3 days after pipping for them to hatch.

Alright and should I turn the temp down to 100 F or leave it at 101.5?

Don't change anything or you can cause the ducklings to die in the shell. As long as you have a still air incubator 101.5 is good.
