Yeah I like to cut out the snacking and also only eat between 12 and 8, that might be a small fast but it's sustainable and I feel it doesn't harm my metabolism like the 24-48hr fasts do.I will weigh in the morning and begin to watch my eating and most of all snacking. I will try to do more of what I do during Lent. No snacking between meals, that was hard for me but I Can do it again.
