I will weigh in the morning and begin to watch my eating and most of all snacking. I will try to do more of what I do during Lent. No snacking between meals, that was hard for me but I Can do it again.

I lie on my profiles and say I'm a guy so any weird people specifically snooping for that info don't try to message me. Also I use both boy and girl emojis, gotta keep the creeps guessing😂

Yeah I like to cut out the snacking and also only eat between 12 and 8, that might be a small fast but it's sustainable and I feel it doesn't harm my metabolism like the 24-48hr fasts do.

I’ve been trying to gain some more mass. I am pretty athletic and decently strong but I have an annoyingly fast metabolism so keeping on weight is a pain. I also tend to work out at night which definitely isn’t helping anything but I have this weird thing where I can’t exercise with my family around.

I did nothing yesterday and only had done some pushups today so I am due for another midnight workout 😒
