Hatching ducks

I had a duckling that was half out of its shell since 5 am. He was pipped since yesterday morning. I cracked open a tiny piece, less than an eraser size to allow him to get his head out. He came out and had a bunch of goup on him. I picked him up, put him in a cup with a damp towel and placed him back in the incubator. He subsequently flipped it over and came out without the gunk. However, he is now sitting there and the other two ducklings that hatched last night and yesterday are pecking at him and he tries to scoot away. I also have 2 other eggs that have a fairly decent size hole in them so those babies are working their way out. Will everyone be okay? Never hatched ducklings before.
