Hatching ducks

Hi everyone, I'm a new member and my first time posting on BYC. I have a Muscovy duck hatching her eggs, I noticed yesterday one of the eggs has cracked and caved in a circular spot, and today there's still no change I can hear the duckling moving inside, I'm getting concerned for the duckling, is it normal to take this long? It's been 24 hrs since it started cracking, I'm new to hatching I bought mom and dad last year as day olds and I'm finding the waiting and worrying very stressful indeed. )) any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you, glad to be here. Very stressful day. My ducks are hatching 3 so far are perfect but 2 have died and 8 still left to hatch.
