hatching Eggs After Valbazen Treatment

NoT sure about incubating them, but I know it takes a total of 25 days where you cannot eat the eggs.
First treatment, wait 10 days, treat again and wait about 15 days before you can eat the eggs.

Maybe someone else can chime in on incubating eggs.

You can always try. I've no idea if a de-wormer will hinder embryo growth in incubating eggs nor actual fact of how long it stays in chickens system.

I do know that you must re treat your birds 10 days after initial treatment to kill the next round of worms hatching. People say you should wait 21 days before eating eggs. I'm unsure if all that is necessary, thinking the wormer is only in system for a few days to kill worms and you retreat to kill any next generation of worms in 10 days. But again, this is conjecture and incubating will tell you the truth of it, if they are developing in 7 days then it's OK. If no development then dewormer hinders chicken embryo development.
