Hatching eggs and incubators

I got a question to ask

I have two incubator and I am wounded when the temperature is when hatching 38.0 degrees and when they are not hatched it is 38.5 degrees but the humidity is between what like not hatch is 55 degrees in the humidity but what's is hatching humidity

The 1 egg I barely see light in the tip looks to have some kind of draining going on on the outside but no movement that I see. I don't know if it's 1 or 2 on the inside but I'm concerned with leakage and no pipping that I can tell. What could this be. Please tell me I didn't kill my baby

I have one egg that has a chick in it but I don't know if it's alive there is no movement that I can see or hear but the incubator got unplugged last night and I noticed it this morning so I plugged it back and there was a white bubble on the egg. I cleaned it off but I don't see a crack. It should be hatching. I had to throw some away. Should I help it out

This is my first time hatching eggs using an incubator one of my eggs has looked like it's been a little pipped but there is only a small amount of the shell broken off and a hole through the membrane as I watched it there was movement but there isn't movement anymore so far one has hatched but I'm worried about this one is the chick ok? What do I do?

Leave it alone. What is the humidity in the incubator? Have you opened the bator? The biggest hazard to a chick hatching once it has pipped is mistaken intervention. If the humidity is not high enough the membrane may get too dry for the chick to be able to break through. I like to keep my hatching humidity up around 75%. After the chick pips, it often needs to rest for a while. You can go to hatching eggs 101 to read up on the hatching process.
