hatching eggs...hatch date Jan 1

Hello all....
I was wanting to hatch some eggs. Wanted to try some heritage breed Barred Rocks and Orpingtons.....Does anyone know were I can get eggs to hatch this time of year?????.....Thanks!!!!... Also, Im new to chickens, so if this is a crazy idea let me know as well

Ive been ordering mine from Ebay and there is a forum on here for buying and selling eggs and if its crazy im over the edge lol Ive got an incubator full of barred rock and blue and lavander orpingtons

There are eggs for sale on BYC for both those breeds. Ask on the crazy 24 hr auction who has them if you dont see them up in the buy sell trade section.

ALSO! if you are trying to hatch for jan 1st, look at the hatch a long thread, its tons of fun to hatch wiht other people and that will be a big one with prizes, etc.
