Ok. I've read this entire thread. We have eggs in the incubator now. 28 to be exact. First time hatching eggs and extremely nervous now. I went to add more water today since its day 18 and noticed one already half way out of the shell. I haven't even removed the turner yet. What do I do? I'm afraid to touch the chick and remove the turner but the chick is early. I just need some guidance?? Thanks!

I would let it hatch and then remove the egg turner but for more info you should check in the section! :)

Shut the turner off and leave it in, just watch to make sure no one gets tangled. If you can add water with a catheter instead of opening the incubator that would be best, to avoid dropping the humidity and temp at a crucial time. Good luck.
