Hatching eggs in car for 1 hour

How long do I let my eggs rest after an hour car trip before putting them in the incubator. Note 10 of the 12 were packed aircell down.

I'd let them settle overnight; others may have differing opinions. I would not worry too much about the air cells being down for 1 hour. If you look in a hen's nest you're likely to see eggs pointing slightly, or not so slightly, up, down, and sideways, yet, they very often hatch.
