Hatching eggs in winter

My magpie has started laying fertilized eggs. But Everytime I go to collect the eggs, it’s below freezing outside. Would the eggs still be viable? She lays eggs during the night, and I gather them in the very early morning.

They weren’t like frozen, but it was freezing outside. Still looked like normal eggs cracked open.

Second thaught i might put her in the brooder for the night in the house. lay indoors

If you can catch them before frozen you can incubate them. I do..

Most ducks lay eggs in the morning, so there is a chance they're okay to incubate.

I’ve heard of people cooking up frozen eggs for their flock.
