Hatching eggs in winter

My magpie has started laying fertilized eggs. But Everytime I go to collect the eggs, it’s below freezing outside. Would the eggs still be viable? She lays eggs during the night, and I gather them in the very early morning.

Most ducks lay eggs in the morning, so there is a chance they're okay to incubate.
