I was wondering why chicks may not develop all the way? I gave chicken eggs to my son's class for hatching, some hatched 3 days early and today is the 21 day and no peeps on any of the others that are in a different incubator than the ones that have hatched. The teacher said it looked like some had stopped growing a week or so ago, How long do you give the eggs to hatch? No noise and minimal movement at this time...looking for some education on the subject!

At least give it until day 24 or 25. Maybe some weren't fertile or had bad air cells?[IMG] I don't know if we ever get all the answers when we incubate.

    Could be humidity also.
