HATCHING EGGS: Lavender Marans

I'm looking for a breeder of TRUE lavender Marans for hatching eggs and doesn't put more than 8-10 hens to their rooster. So bummed out that I bought Bielefelders eggs, 20 eggs to be exact, and 10 were completely INFERTILE. Thanks for any references.

Hi Bridget! Im in LA also! Near BR for me. Idk if your eggs were shipped but that can often mess the eggs up whether they were fertile or not they might not develope at all and look infertile.
