Hi! I am new at hatching eggs, it is my first time ever doing it , i have a 48 egg holder automatic incubator (FHQ-II Intelligent Incubator Controller SKY1902 SKY2442) temperature reads 37.2C° on the incubator and 53% humidity it rotates the eggs every 2 hours. I bought a separate hygrometer and a separate thermometer as well and inside the incubator the temperature reads at 38.5C° and 100-101F° on the thermometers. Humidity reads inside the incubator 44% so they read differently than the incubator's temp/humidity alone. My questions are
1) what day am i on today (15,16)?
2)When should i put them on lock down?
3)What should the humidity be on lockdown?
4) what temperature should they be on lockdown/hatching?
5) how soon should i remove them to the brooder and get rid of the eggs that did not hatch?

Right now i have 8 eggs out 18 that survived the incubation process (up until today) and 1 extra egg that im not sure is dead but it looks kind of dead. I placed the eggs in the incubator on Monday July 10, 2017 at 3:00PM does that mean that they should hatch Monday July 31st at 3:00PM ? Or would they hatch on Sunday? .. Thank you in advance for your answers/suggestions..

*i have chicken eggs (not sure what kind of breed they are, got them from a friend's friend but they don't know either) ..

1. The 11th would be day 1
2. put them in lock down after day 18
3.humidity at lock down 70%
4.temp stays as close as possible to 100 degrees the entire time.
5. wait until all chicks are dry before opening the bator. They can live up to 3 days without water or feed in the bator. After that put them in the brooder with a heat lamp with the temp at 95 degrees with a place to go to get away from the heat if they get to warm. But if you think that they've all hatched and they're all dry you can put them in the brooder before 3 days is up. I usually take mine out 24 hours or before after they've hatched if they're all dry.
