hatching eggs under heat lamp

i do not have an incubator so i am going to try to hatch some under the heat lamp. i would so appreciate the advice given to me for this concept.
I nedd to know:
how far the lamp should be away from them
how long it takes
if i need to turn them
what watt the bulb needs to be
and anything else i did not mention
