Hatching Eggs---Will The Medication Harm Them?

We've been treating our chickens with BMD soluble, which is pretty much penicillin, for enteritis.
I was going to hatch a couple eggs from our flock, and am wondering if the medication will have any effect on either the fertility of the eggs, or cause any deformations in the chicks. Any input would be fantastic! Thanks!

I don't think you should, but I don't know anything about medication, I don't use any on my birds. Good luck though. Michele
