Hatching eggs with multiple yolks

Has anyone ever gotten 2 chicks to hatch from a double yolk egg? I am not going to try it, however, we were sitting around talking and the question came up. In theory you could, but I was not sure if it was possible.

It’s pretty rare to get a pair of healthy chicks from a double yolker. They usually die in incubation or die shortly after (assisted) hatching. But some people have done it.

That is kind of what I figured, but wasn’t sure if there were other factors in play.
