You may also want to check out the hatching and incubation threads on BYC. You can use the searchbox to find the "Egg Candling chart" it shows what you would be seeing at different stages of incubation
 
Thanks I have checked it all out even retested my incubator turns out it was faulty and Temps went up to 44.5 degrees eeekkkk needless to say new incubator has been purchased. I'm currently in discussions to the seller of first incubator and getting a refund as product is faulty.
