Hatching eggs

Hi, I am hatching some duck eggs. This morning I had an egg hatch at 10 am but now it is 5 and no other eggs have hatched. Is it normal for 1 egg to hatch before the rest or should I be concerned? Also when I go to take the 1 chick out can I check on the other eggs to see if they will hatch? Is there anything specific I should look for? Thank you!

Not if you have to open the incubator. They could get shrinked wrapped if humidity or temp decreases. I don't think you should be concerned about the eggs. Once I an egg hatch on day 21 and the rest didn't hatch until day 22.

You should always be concerned but there's nothing you can do now but sit on your hands and wait. Is today hatch day?
Sometimes things happen early, sometimes late.

But I do still open the incubator 24 hours after the chick hatched to move it right? Or do I leave it in there until all the eggs hatch? Thank you

If you open it before the others hatch, the rest can become shrink wrapped.
