hatching eggs

i took eggs out of turner last night(day 18) i put eggs in cartons,today i have 1 chick out of shell. what do i doo if the other 30 eggs dont hatch for 2 more days? do i leave the i chick in bnator ar try to get him ouy?

Chicks are still absorbing the yolk the first 2-3 days. So do NOT open that bator! Good luck!

I 100% agree!! They are good for AT LEAST two days, if not three. just maybe turn your temp down a little to maybe 98-99, if it's not there already. But there is always an early hatcher in every bunch. DON"T OPEN THE INCUBATOR!!!!!
