ok! i guess my question is can i put eggs in bator as soon as they come off nest or should i wait????????

It won't hurt them at all to set them right away, but if you don't have a second incubator for hatching, it's best to wait until you have a lot of eggs. You can keep the eggs (from your own birds) up to and over 2 weeks without much difference in the hatch rates. Just be sure to turn the eggs at least once a day while you are collecting and holding them
