Hatching Eggs

I put my eggs in on 6/4 when is the best time to check to see if it is fertile and going to hatch and what is the best way to check them?

that makes them 8 days in bator-Candle them-a high powered light-Look from the big end down-you should see deffinate veining and movement by now-if they are totally clear-I would hold onto them till day 14 -if still the same chuck them-
