How long after the chicks pip a hole should you start to worry about them?

Give them 24 hours. I know it stinks....but ya gotta!

Cindiloohoo is right, it's hard we all know. That inital pip signals the start of the absorption of the yolk.

The first chick came out this morning. There is a second egg with a pip. There are a few others that seem to be moving but no apparent pips yet. Hopefully I will get a few more. This is my first incubator hatch so we will try again and be better at it the next time.
