Hatching eggs

I just ordered a dozen Blue Splash Maran hatching eggs from Gabbard Farms. They are just gorgeous....OK I am a blue chicken fan. Hopefully getting a Blue Orpington chick at the end of the month along with a BCM chick.

I have never incubated and hatched chicks before. Anyone have any idea what hatching percentage is likely? I have heard nothing but awesome things about Julie and Gabbard farms and her chickens are fantastic....I can't believe they are so beautiful!

She said she would ship them within 5 days. We are so excited. What gorgeous birds! Then I am partial to blue birds.
