Hatching Eggs?

I was wondering how well it would pay off to hatch eggs, kind of as a side job. I know it takes a while for them to hatch, plus initial cost and all of that. I also have a question about what hen's are the best layers but can handle warm climates well? I know I'd also need a purebred flock. But is it even worth doing all of that or would it cost more than it's worth? I wasn't planning on keeping them but selling them soon after they hatched.
Any advice?

Thanks for all the advice.

Not sure you'd make much. You'd need to buy twice as many eggs as you wanted to hatch, then half again would be roos, so wouldn't sell... By the time you've feed them up and vaccinated, you'd probably find that it's more of a hobby than a paid job.
