hatching eggs

i geese that laying on some eggs and she's been laying on those eggs for about three weeks. my question is how long do they sit on the eggs before they hatch, help is that too long, some one please send me an answer ok thanks alot.

The incubation period for goose eggs is approximately 30 days. She has another week or so to go before the eggs should hatch.
