Hatching Embden gesse, help needed?

Hi, i have 2 geese eggs in my rcom mini incubator, and i am turning them mysel, 3 times a day and they have been in there for 5 days, today. I am not sure what exactly to do during the incubation time. Yesterday i cooled them for 5 minutes and sprayed them with tepid water. But when do i stop turning the eggs and am i doing it right?! Many thanks!
