Hatching experts! Is this egg bad?

Is this bad?
I am not especially experienced with this. I usually let my hens hatch and I don't handle their eggs much after setting them.
I know that the air cell isn't in the blunt end. It is on Day 7.
Egg is from my backyard hens and was set on the day it was gathered.
If it is dead, or if it is not but isn't going to hatch, I'd prefer to remove it now.

Just looks pourous. Are you sure there's no air cell? It's harder to see through the pourous ones so you're probably just missing it. My girl just hatched one like that. Don't pull it yet.
 
Off topic but....The little gray ones in this picture came from blue eggs from the same hen.
They look lavender but they are from a bbs easter egger rooster and his daughter who is a really beautiful laced buff and blue. Hedging my bets, hatching another and hoping at least one will be a female.
