Hatching for Easter?

The feed store near me used tap water, and all of their incubators were caked in hard water deposits.

I decided to try to hatch as many chicks as possible for Easter and sell them on the 10th the day after Easter. This way they will not end up in anyone's Easter baskets.

I also want to be able to spend my Easter with my family. Not selling chicks.

I ended up selling the 10 chicks to someone who wanted all of them. They even wanted more of them. I am very pleased with the hatch rate since most of the other eggs were not fertilized. Our 11th chick had to have an assisted hatch. So we kept that chick.
