Hatching For the first time...

Denmark is a good guess, but I'm a swede living in England! The surname is engraved in one of the church bells in a town called Hedemora. Originally from Holland and the ius added because a lot of priests carried the name Holstein. But now I need urgent help with my chicks!

That's interesting.

There is not much you can do for the ones unpipped. The vascular system between egg and chick doesn't shut down until hours after the pip. Going into an unpipped egg carries a greater risk of doing damage than good. Can you see into the egg by candling?
