hatching geese

Could somebody refer me to a resource for hatching goose eggs? I have read up on chicken hatching, but can't find anything on goose eggs on this site. I keep noticing references to leaving the eggs out of the incubator for a while, so am thinking it must be a different process. What are the temps, humidity level, and time ranges? What else do I need to know?
