I am wondering what month would be best for putting Guinea eggs under my broody silkies in north central KY. The temperatures are so unpredictable in spring, so I don’t want to try too early, but I also don’t want to delay, if it doesn’t really matter. My silkies have successfully hatched regular size eggs in the past, so I know they are dependable, but I read that guineas can be more temperature sensitive. Thoughts? Or experience?
