Will my broody NH or PR set/hatch/raise guineas if I put eggs under them with the chicken eggs?

Also, do I have to quarantine chicks that are hatched from eggs I get from MSU Poultry Research?

No, the hatching eggs should be fine.

The incubation is 28 days for guineas so if she is sure fire broody she should set but I would keep a close eye and watch for the possibility of the broodiness to break before the eggs are ready to hatch.
