Who has experience hatching guinea fowl? I've hatched plenty of other birds, quail and chicken included, but this is my first time with guineas.
Everything I've read says They take 28 days, I am currently on day 22 and have four eggs pipping!! I haven't removed the turners or lowered the temperature at this point. Should I just leave everything be to see what happens.. or should I quickly adjust and put them into lockdown mode??

Guinea eggs can take from 26 to 28 days to hatch. If you have eggs pipping now on day 22, your incubator is either running a little on the too warm side or some of the eggs that you are incubating had already been started incubating before you put them in the incubator.

If you have eggs pipping, it is time to remove the turner and switch to lockdown mode.

Thank you, all of the eggs we're stored the same way and added at the same time. None of my current guineas sit on their eggs so I don't know how some of them could have started incubating, I find it to be the strangest thing. I have the brinsea 56 ovation. The humidity has maintained 49 to 52% and the temperature is 99.5° F.

I will remove all the turners when I go downstairs in a few minutes, thank you!
