I'll include these links, they might help. I open my unhatched eggs to try to determine what might have gone wrong. But if the incubator is 2 degrees cool whether C or F, that's probably the problem. I'd adjust it before the next hatch.

That is good information. Thank You. I did open all mine. 10 were fully developed but never piped. I didn’t pay close attention to the ones with no chicks but I did see some red in some of them, so maybe they were too cold as well. My temp is definitely running 2deg low. I’ve had three thermometers in there for the past 24 hours. Two of them agree and I’ve discovered my outdoor thermometer is 5 deg low. It’s been quite the learning experience!
