Hatching help needed please

Hello,

This is my first time hatching eggs. 3 days ago I put my Campbell duck eggs in the incubator. Today the electricity has gone out. As we are in complete COVID lockdown here I have been told not to expect any power for the duration.

So my question is do my eggs stand any chance in an unheated house and if so what do I do?

I have access to gas so can heat water for a hot water bottle and bundle them in towels in a cardboard box. Would that work?

I'm prepared for it to fail but I want to at least try. Any advice welcomed.

Do you have any broody birds; chicken, turkey, duck? How many eggs?

Thanks for reply. 6 eggs. I have 3 POL Campbell's already but none of them broody.

With 20+ days before hatching this will take a bit of a miracle. The best I can tell you is to look around your home for something that will generate heat.
