Hatching high quality silkies.

I am trying to hatch show quality silkies and i am having problems with part of the ones with the huge lumps on their heads pipping and dying. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there anything that can be done?

I almost had that problem last year, I hatched out 4 chicks, and all 4 needed to be helped out, as they had huge vaults and couldnt move around the shell to zip out.
