Hatching humidity change Brinsea EX56

Hello I am a new member who lives in Micronesia out in the Central Pacific. I have recently purchased a Brinsea 56 EX Ovation and am at day 19 so have taken my eggs out of the cradles and about 5 hours ago adjusted the humidity to 67%. I have just closed the vent 30mins ago but the humidity is still at 45% and had PO flashing in the display. Not sure if pump was active at that time. Just checked again and display is at 45% still but pump going and only flashing O. While incubating the Humidity when low would pump and go up to 50% then drop back down to 45%. The 900ml water reservoir was down on half way so have topped it up. The tube end was on the bottom of the jar before topping up

Hiya, and welcome to BYC!

It may have gotten air in the line and could take an hour or two to catch back up. I leave the vent open as they still need ventilation. You could turn it to half though if needed.

We use a gallon jug of distilled water, which I keep half full.
