Hatching in progress!

Hey guys, first time hatching! So I have one so far that has hatched with no other signs of hatching in place. My incubator is so tiny! Poor thing has hardly any room, would it be okay to remove the egg shell super fast or absolutely not?! Thank you!

you can open up the incubator real quick if the other eggs are not externally pipped yet.

Make sure to bring the humidity back up afterwards

Thank you! It is almost fluffy and I have two other shells that have a tiny crack of the first layer off. I am nervous though as it seems to be panting. . Should I move it quickly to the brooder or is that too risky for the other eggs? Thanks!
