Hatching Indian runners

I'm hoping to hatch out some Indian runners but I've never done it before,if anyone could tell me what to do to get a good hatch I'd appreciate it! I'll be using a manual incubator.

There is a sticky on hatching waterfowl that I would read thoroughly, and Lacrystol has a couple of links on her signature that contain some good information.

And I found this helpful. I mean, there's good information here - I am not a hatcher.
