Hatching is finaly over my results inside with pics.

Hi out of 13 eggs i think i had in the incubatoe iv had 6 hatch is this good iv got
2 marrans
1 lightsusex
3 guenifowl

The guenifowl chick on the left hand side just died a few mins ago i dont think it was right it did struggel to get out off the egg but then it was fine but tonight it just went down hill the others are doing fine tho.

The right hand side one lol i just noticed i did it wrong lol

Well done with your guinea fowl I hope they get on OK! Were they in the incubator all the time?
I just love the feet, I've always fancied them (they call them 'gleanies' down here), but I think they might be a bit too noisy/hard to contain. A farmer down the lane has a flock and they are always spilling out onto the road doing their own traffic calming!
The other chicks are looking so much better as well....

I think your babies are very cute. I am expecting my own tomorrow. They are under a hen though. So, I will not get to watch, but am super excited anyway.

Yes the guinea fowl are cute yeah i had them in the incubator all the time through the first hatch it was a bit risky but i thought i would give it a go. They are noisy birds i have them at the farm i have my chickens at and they dnt shut up lol there in the spare room now and they are noisier than the other chicks. I havent put them together yet as they look so small compared to the other chicks il give it a few more days.

Another one of my guinea fowl died last night i dont know why the temp was right annd all 3 seemed on wen they hatched. I didnt want to leave my last one on its own so i have put it in with the other 3 chick a week older they seem to be ok there was a bit of pecking but all seems to be ok up to now.
