Hatching Issues

ok, so I have hatched 4/5 batches of eggs with 90% hatching. This time around I put in 30 eggs. 5 have hatched a few days ago and that's it. So I cracked a few open and they are all 80% formed but dead. What would cause so many to do this? Is it a rooster issue?

How far along where they?
It's probably not a rooster issue as they are fertile.
Without knowing more information; It sounds like a hen issue, if your hens are fed a higher protein feed the yolks will provide a better first food for your chicks in incubation.

day 22 today. They are fed a 18% protein layer feed from a local feed store.

I meant when you opened the egg what day did it look like it quit on?
It may give you a clue about what happens on that day(s) to know what might have went wrong.
On Day 15 they start to absorb.

Oh,sorry. Looks like around day 16/17

my incubator is at a steady 99.9 temp and 35% humidity till lockdown and then I upped it to 55%
