If you are asking how long you can store an egg before incubating and still get a good hatch rate, the majority of people will advise incubating eggs that are a week or less old. Most material you read will advise 10 days or less and most will agree that once an egg hits 2 weeks old it significantly decreases the rate of hatchability. So, I would say: A week or less is best.
